MC Dumping & Hauling LLC | Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Welcome to MC Dumping & Hauling. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website, www.mcdumpingandhaulingllc.com, and for working with us on hauling, cleanup, and demolition projects. By using this website or hiring our crew, you agree to these terms. We have kept the language as plain as possible, because that is how we like to do business. If you have questions, call us at (614) 705-8115 before booking.

About Our Company

MC Dumping & Hauling LLC is a hauling and demolition company based in Columbus, Ohio, serving Franklin County and the surrounding metro communities. Our services include junk removal, job site cleanup, drywall removal, scrap removal, interior demolition, and construction debris removal for both residential and commercial customers.

Use of Our Website

You may use this website to learn about our services, view our work, and contact us for estimates. In return, we ask that you use the site honestly. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with how it runs, submit false information through our forms, or use our content in a way that harms our business.

All content on this website, including text, images, our logo, and the slogan “We Get It Done,” belongs to MC Dumping & Hauling LLC unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates based on the details you share with us, including material type, volume, labor, and site access. An estimate is our best professional assessment, not a final invoice. If the actual job differs from what was described, for example, if there is more debris than expected or access is more difficult, the final price may change. When that happens, we will discuss it with you before continuing the work. No surprises, no pressure.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Once a job is booked, we plan our crew, equipment, and disposal logistics around it. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours. We understand that plans change, and we will always try to work with you on a new date.

Occasionally, weather, site conditions, or safety concerns may require us to adjust the schedule. If that happens, we will notify you promptly and arrange the next available time.

Customer Responsibilities

To help every job go smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate details about the materials, location, and site access
  • Make sure our crew has safe and legal access to the work area at the scheduled time
  • Point out any items that should not be removed before work begins
  • Tell us about known hazards on the property, such as unstable structures or restricted areas
  • Obtain any permissions needed for the work, such as landlord or HOA approval, where applicable

We are not responsible for the removal of items we were not told to remove, or for delays caused by inaccurate information or blocked access.

Materials We Do Not Handle

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul or dispose of certain materials, including hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, fuels, paints, medical waste, and other regulated substances. If we discover restricted materials on site, we will let you know and, where possible, point you toward a proper disposal option. Please disclose any potentially hazardous materials before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed with your estimate or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. If an invoice remains unpaid past the agreed date, we may pause future services and take reasonable steps to collect the balance.

Our Work and Liability

Our crew takes real pride in doing careful work. We assess each site, protect nearby surfaces where practical, and use controlled methods for demolition and removal. That said, hauling and demolition carry inherent risks, and by hiring us you accept the following:

  • We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence, and we will address legitimate claims fairly and promptly.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions such as concealed wiring or plumbing, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided to us.
  • Normal wear on driveways, lawns, and access paths from necessary equipment and hauling activity may occur, and we take reasonable care to minimize it.
  • To the extent permitted by Ohio law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Disposal of Removed Items

Once materials are removed from your property, they become our responsibility to dispose of. We handle disposal in line with local regulations, and where practical, we direct suitable materials to recycling or scrap channels. Removed items cannot be reclaimed after they leave the site, so please confirm what should stay before the crew loads up.
